WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The Average Processing Times are 2-5 business days. The processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Due to the high volume around Holiday time shipping delays are highly likely. Processing is the time it takes for us to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing & packing queue. Items will ship AFTER the processing is complete. Priority shipping does NOT speed up the processing time. Actual Delivery of your item could take an additional 3-5 business days depending on Postal Service.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request. The range of delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates and may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out-of-stock products, we unfortunately cannot promise something that is out of our control.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE
If tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you are not in possession of it, you will need to contact your local post office for assistance and open a claim with them. Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages or any USPS/ UPS issues and therefore can not refund or replace an item that states it has been delivered. If it is past the 60-day mark from the time your item was shipped a claim can no longer be opened with the postal service and we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.
We are not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order.
If your tracking number still says USPS waiting item and it has been 15 or more days since the last update please contact us so we can have a replacement sent out; your item may be lost in transit. You can check the status of your package here: https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AND GIVE REFUNDS?
We accept cancellations and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchasing. If an item has already been sent into production and/or shipped out we can no longer cancel or refund the order.
Since each item is made to order, and lack of space, we do not accept returns.
We are happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We do require photos of damaged or defective products before we can send out a replacement.
Why Hasn't The tracking been updated? Has my order shipped?
Please allow tracking numbers at least 72 hours to be updated. During that time your package is in transit to the next distribution hub to get scanned. If tracking hasn't been updated yet then it hasn't been scanned at the next location yet. This does not mean it hasn't left the original warehouse. Your package is in transit.
During busy holiday seasons sometimes packages can be delayed due to being rerouted to different distribution centers anywhere in the country that have open capacity to receive more packages.
*During the holidays we have seen the postal service doesn't always scan the tracking numbers until they are out for delivery, so you may not see updates until then, however, your items are still in transit*

How can I figure out the right size for me? (T-Shirts)
We use Bella + Canvas 3001 shirts, which are unisex size (men's slim fit). The best way to check the right size for you is to get one of your favorite t-shirts, lay it down flat, and measure it according to the size chart provided in the listing.
If you would like a cozy fit- size down, if you like an oversized fit-size up. Otherwise, they are true to size.

S: Size 4-6
M: Size 8-10
L: Size 12-14
XL: Size 14-16
2X: Size 18-20
