Refund policy
We accept cancellations and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchasing. If an item has already been sent into production and/or shipped out we can no longer cancel or refund the order.
Since each item is made to order, and to continue running a sustainable, low-waste business, we do not accept returns at this time.
We are happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We do require photos of damaged or defective products before we can send out a replacement. Please contact us at support@craftedbyserenity.com with a photo of your damaged item, your name and order number.
We are not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order.
Refunds
If you choose a refund instead of free replacement for a defective item you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
